Life is like a slow suicide
Like a toxic ride on a downhill slide
Inside, I'm just a shadow of my former self
But I know I'm not forgiven for the things I've done.
When I've shunned not the moon, but the sun
For this excuse for a life I have

Who gives a shit about the world right now?
But what could I do? I'm such an insignificant waste.
This road which we travel will unravel into nothing
Bringing us closer to what we are.
We are the Future Gods to a creation yet unknown

Like a brilliant spark has been swallowed up in darkness.
